What comes with my collar?

Every collar comes with your chosen accessory. The Full Kit adds a matching necklace and leash. Additional accessories are optional.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar sits, then compare it with our Size guide. Breed suggestions are a starting point; your dog’s measurement decides the fit.

What about shipping and returns?

Shipping is free, with estimated delivery 7–21 days from your order. You can request a return for unused items within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping for a change of mind.

How it works

One collar. Change the detail.

  1. Remove the pin

    Use the screwdriver to loosen the single pin through the hex, then remove the ring.

  2. Slide on your accessory

    Pass the pendant or charm loop over the open end of the ring.

  3. Refit and secure

    Return the ring to the hex, insert the pin and tighten it securely.

    One collar with your chosen pendant or charm.

  • Two Collars

    Two collars, each with its own chosen pendant or charm. Design each one separately.

  • Full Kit

    One collar with your chosen accessory, a matching necklace with the same accessory, and a matching leash.

Every offer includes a spare D-ring and a screwdriver. Extra accessories are included only when selected.

A considered choice should feel right. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact official@projectpet.shop so we can help.

Can I mix different designs in a two-collar offer?

Yes. Each collar has its own size, color, collection, accessory and optional extras.

How do the matching extras work?

The leash matches the collar color. The human necklace matches the collar accessory. Choose neither, one, or both.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Free shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7–21 days from order, including making your design.

Can I change an order after buying?
