Project Pet Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to explore and shop with Project Pet. We are improving the website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.

Using the site

The store supports keyboard navigation, labelled controls and text alternatives for product images. You can use browser zoom and your device’s accessibility tools. Our design aims to work on both small and large screens.

If motion is distracting, use your device’s reduced-motion setting or the Pause motion control in our store footer. Product information and purchasing options remain available without watching an animation.

Known limitations

Some promotional images include text within the image. Product information is also explained in the surrounding page content. Third-party apps, payment services and some media may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We review reported barriers and work to address them.

You do not need to provide medical information. We can help with product information, sizing and order enquiries by email.
